Holiday in South Tyrol: Simply go car-free!
Leave your car behind and use public transport for free, conveniently and flexibly. The South Tyrol Guest Pass allows you to use all public transport throughout South Tyrol, as well as selected cable cars, free of charge.
Remarks:
The daily rates quoted are per apartment and include: accommodation, bed linen, towels and tea towels, heating, water, electricity, final cleaning, and all fees and taxes (excluding the local tourist tax).
For bookings of less than 4 days, we charge an additional flat fee of €90.
To secure your booking, we require a 20% deposit.
Adults only
We are an adults-only establishment, therefore we can only accept guests aged 14 and over.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome at no extra charge.
Local tourist tax
A local tourist tax per person per night will be charged in addition to the rates.
Payment
Deposit first, balance due before arrival
Arrival/Departure
Your holiday apartment will be available from 4:00 PM on your arrival day. We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 AM on your departure day.
Cancellation and Interruption of Trip
For cancellations up to 90 days before the start of your holiday, the deposit will be refunded.
From 90 to 30 days before the start of your holiday, the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the start of your holiday, the full amount will be charged.
Should you depart early or arrive late, the full cost of your stay will be charged.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
